At J Schneider Studio we take the privacy of our customers very seriously. We value our customers and respect your privacy. We only collect the information that you provide in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.
Non-Refundable Deposit Policy (effective January 1, 2024)
Overview
To secure your project and help us prepare for your work by acquiring materials, parts, and components, a non-refundable deposit is required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with the deposit.
Deposit Amount
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of proposal acceptance. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Payment Terms

The deposit must be paid within 2 weeks of acceptance of the proposal confirmation to secure your work.

Payments can be made via QuickBooks invoice, cash, or check.
Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of work.

If you need to reschedule, or delay the project please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional funds may be required as the price of materials is a commodity and changes daily.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the work, specifically commissioned artwork, the deposit is still nonrefundable.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion. Failure to make the final payment may result in legal action.
